Silkman Wines is a boutique producer, drawing on years of Hunter Valley winemaking experience to deliver a range of wines that showcase the unique characteristics of both the Hunter Valley and individual vineyards. A traditional medium bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz. Aromas of cherries and mulberries are layered over delicate notes of dried spice and toasty oak. An intense and fruit driven palate is long and persistent with beautifully balanced velvety tannins giving the wine great mouth feel and drinkability.
