How do I earn points?

Simple! You can earn Rewards Points on every purchase made. We also give our customers other ways to earn, such as supercharged earn rates on special promotions, referring friends, reviewing your favourite wines, and much more.

Points are instantly redeemable through the checkout in amounts between $5 and $100. Simply apply your rewards on the final page of the checkout before confirming your order

The My Collective program provides customers of The Wine Collective with a variety of member benefits which are dependent on their annual wine spend and membership tier. By creating an account with The Wine Collective customers are automatically enrolled into My Collective Rewards. The benefits of our various membership tiers and the spend required for promotion to various tiers can be found at or in the Rewards tab found in the My Account page on the website.

On joining The My Collective Rewards customers are given complimentary membership to our Bronze Rewards program. From that time their membership tier is dependent on wine spend with The Wine Collective. Customers purchasing from $1,000 to $2,499.99 in a 12 month period will attain Silver Membership while customers that spend over $2,500 qualify for Gold Membership. A customer's membership tier will be increased immediately after the requisite spend is met.

Customers receive points every time they make a purchase from The Wine Collective with a number of other methods also available to earn rewards, such a referring a friend to The Wine Collective or following us on Instagram. In addition members of The My Collective Rewards can also earn rewards points when they submit a wine review through our automatically generated Yotpo email review requests. However members will not receive points for submitting on-site product reviews.

Customers that have qualified for higher membership tiers earn more points per dollar spent with The Wine Collective so accelerate their points and rewards accumulation. Loyalty points can not be redeemed for cash and can only be used to earn discounts and free wine at My Collective Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promo and expire 12 months from the date of your last purchase. If an account is closed My Collective Rewards points will be forfeited.

Ongoing membership status is reviewed annually and dependent on customer wine purchases with The Wine Collective. Customers can be promoted at anytime to a higher tier which they will retain for a 12 month period before their ongoing status will be reassessed. At that time their wine spend during the preceding 12 months will be used to determine their membership tier for the next year, or earlier if they earn a higher status level.
