Tasting Notes
Paxton’s original organic vineyard, specially planted to experiment with best practices. This Shiraz receives 12 months aging in French oak. Aromas of musk, boysenberry, and purple fruit straps, accented by fragrant notes of juniper, rosemary blooms, and a hint of sandalwood incense. Palate shows boysenberry, plum, and black cherry mingling with hints of savoury spice and a subtle earthiness.
