For well over a century, the Jam Shed played a crucial role in the development of the region through both jam and wine production and this quirky, delicious Jam Shed Red Blend has been inspired by this legacy. The Riverland region has a climate well suited for growing vines, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allows ripe fruit flavors and sugars to develop. Try with vintage cheddar or stilton. The 2019 vintage was warm and dry which resulted in generous varietal characters.
