Our long term sustainable vision has seen us experimenting with making wine without preservatives for a number of years. This has resulted in this second release of Shiraz with no added preservative. The wine is rich and ripe with a concentrated plum fruit core and a silky texture. The fruit was picked from our Langhorne Creek vineyard, after fermenting in open top fermenters, the wine was pressed to oak and aged on lees for 4 months. The natural concentration of anthocyanin (colour) helps preserve this fresh and vibrant wine. Selected barrels were carefully gravity racked to blend then sent to bottle young to capture the vibrancy. CELLARING Drink now SERVE In great glasses!
