For this vintage, the focus was on emphasising elegance over power, so the grapes were harvested early and fresh to avoid any over-ripening, which would have put paid to the wine's vibrant, fruity and spicy aromas.

Terrazas de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon is a masterful blend carefully curated from 25 distinct parcels originating from four meticulously tended high-altitude estate vineyards, all proudly certified organic. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, these vineyards flourish at elevations spanning from 1000m to 1200m, ensuring grapes of unparalleled quality and character. Harvested with precision at the peak of ripeness, the fruit undergoes a gentle maceration process lasting 15-20 days, meticulously extracting the desired tannic structure while preserving its inherent finesse and delicacy. Following this meticulous process, the wine gracefully ages in oak barrels, ranging from new to four uses, for a period of 12 months. A thoughtful proportion is retained in tank to safeguard the fruit's freshness and purity, ensuring that each sip of Terrazas de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the artistry and dedication of its craft.
