Bright crimson with purple hues . The bouquet displays lifted red berry fruits, raspberry, plum and black cherry flavours with a subtle overlay of black pepper, exotic spice and mocha notes . Medium bodied, the juicy upfront palate displays flavours of plum, ripe red berries , star -anise and exotic spices . Subtle oak flavours integrate with the fruit on a softy textured palate balanced with fine tannins and soft acidity . A wine to be enjoyed upon release, with the potential to cellar for up to 10 years for greater complexity .
