A cracking value Coonawarra Cab, approachable now but with a promising future. From the region’s famous terra rosa soils, this wine lets the fruit shine, with the oak used in making it largely older French vessels. The wine is opaque maroon in colour with classic notes of mocha, chocolate, spices and a hint of mint. Fresh, with the fruit flavours to the fore, the wine has good structure with impressive length and fine tannins. A lingering finish. Drink any time over the next four to six years

Coonawarra cabernet sauvignon from the Parker Estate 'Abbey' vineyard. No shortage of lush blackberry and blackcurrant fruits on display backed up by hints of brown spice, violets, licorice, crème de cassis, tobacco and lighter undergrowth tones.
