Lively herbaceous aromas of tomato leaf, anise, plum, tobacco. Palate is smooth, rounded and medium bodied. Acid takes a while to kick in. First sip feels a little light on the zest, and it's only after spitting that the acid comes out. But it becomes quite spicy and zingy at that point. Good length of flavour.
