2020 Katnook Estate Shiraz

Colour: Deep red with purple hues. Nose: A complex array of concentrated fruit and oak maturation notes. Vibrant berries with hints of peppery spice. A small amount of whole bunch Shiraz and Viognier were included in the fermentation, contributing subtle fragrance. Palate: A richly layered palate of displays lifted aromas and flavours of mulberries, blackberries, violets and spice, framed with finely polished tannins. Food Matching: Texas style smoked brisket, steak with pepper sauce or some aged cheddar cheese
