From the Spitzerberg and entirely farmed organic, the 2019 Prellenkirchen opens with an intense, precise and well-defined bouquet of lime and chalky aromas as well as spicy, nutty and even flinty notes with white pepper. Aged in a 2,500-liter cask from Schloss Gobelsburg, this is a round and intense, pretty charming but substantial white with a good finish.
