Tasting Notes
Machine harvested and matured in older French wood. Very Hunter, expressing an earthy warmth and scents of dried cherry pith, anise and terracotta. Succulent. A richer expression from a very warm vintage, balanced by lithe tannins and savoury integrity
Winemakers Note
Made in the classic Hunter style. Open fermentation after destemming and gentle pressing. Matured in new and old French oak barrels.
