Winemakers Note
Organic certified. A naturally made wine. Fifteen days of maceration, with pumping over and manual punching down. A percentage of 20% press wine aged in Amphora is blended with the final wine, before ageing in concrete for 18 months. No filtration and low sulphur at bottling.
