Academia Saperavi is the essence of the impressive Georgian variety of the same name, reinterpreted by the pure expression of the terroir of Purcari, obtaining, as a result, an authentic wine with a fulminating aroma. Possessing an intense ruby hue with purple reflections and perfumed with explosive aromas of plums and ripe fruits, this red dry wine with velvety tannins, has a full, opulent taste, with a long and pleasant aftertaste as well as complex aromas. 100% Saperavi Academia Saperavi 2019 contains a very limited number of bottles - 6,000, because just so long ago the first practices for the use of amphorae in winemaking were recorded in Georgia, the homeland of this variety.
