A soft and round pinot, showing so much crushed and ripe strawberries and hints of smoke and orange peel. Full body. Creamy and delicious. So drinkable now. But will be better in a year or two.
Medium red. Beautifully aromatic, ethereal and gorgeous red currant flavours. Supple perfumed aromas, gentle texture, layers of red and dark fruits, silky tannins.

Winemakers Note
Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Fermented in wooden 5T Cuves. 15-20% whole bunch, the balance destemmed. 5-6 pigeage and a similar number of remontage over 18-20 days. Matured in new and used 228L casks for 11 months, and given a further 3 months on fine lees in vat before bottling.
