It's both developed and beautiful. The spread of tannin here is really quite something, matched as it is to leather, red berries, complex spice and undergrowth characters. The 2015 is a mouthwatering Coonawarra blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz produced in South Australia. The wine displays an inky crimson colour in the glass and carries intense aromas of ripe blackcurrants, cassis, blackberries and dark plums. The palate is full-bodied and powerful with flavours of blackberry, dark cherry, cedar and spices, complemented by fine tannins and a long, lingering finish. The 2014 is a complex and intense Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of black fruits, eucalyptus and a hint of mint. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generously flavoured with ripe plums, blackberries, dark chocolate and cedar, complemented by fine, silky tannins and a long, velvety finish.
