The Collective Review
“Every year, my team and I have to recreate the recipe of Ruinart Brut to perpetuate its taste, while adding a touch of contemporary innovation.” Frédéric Panaïotis, Maison Ruinart Cellar Master.
Steeped apricot and candied ginger flavors are an aromatic entry for this graceful Champagne, backed by finely cut acidity and layered with accents of kumquat, toast point and salted Marcona almond. It's fresh and racy, yet there's an effortless quality to the integration that makes this hard to stop sipping. Long, minerally finish. Drink now through 2027. Read more

Brimming with pear, white peach and citrus fruit this enchanting Blanc de Blancs is so bright and succulent and is very hard to resist. I love the very long, silky and clean finish which has beautiful balance. Really fine mousse. Drink now.
A graceful Champagne, sleek and finely knit, with a subtle range of nectarine, lemon curd, almond blossom and ground ginger flavors, expanding on the silky mousse. Offers a lingering, mineral-laced finish. Drink now through 2024.
With its 100% Chardonnay, this Champagne is finely textured, elegant with minerality and the freshest crispest apple flavors. It does have some weight and certainly has intensit—a satisfying, textured wine that is ready to drink.
A fruity yet firm blanc de blancs with some brioche, cooked-apple and pear aromas and flavors. Full-bodied and flavorful. Fruity finish. Always a good bottle. Drink now.
A very fresh bottle of this wine, which is a fresh, fruit-driven style anyway. Clean and fruity, it's all about fruit and freshness - not toasty or bready aged character. The taste is soft and restrained, fine and delicate, with touches of lemon-zest and grapefruit. A hint of raw potato. The finish is clean and more-ish.
Youthful aromas of fresh pastries and meringue, the wine soft, balanced, seemingly quite low in acidity and showing a trace of sweetness. A straightforward fruit-driven wine, and quite commercial. A good aperitif style, but not complex.
A vibrant and refreshing Champagne with a bright, enticing nose of lemon...

Tasting Notes
Ruinart Brut sparkles in chestnuts, yellows and golds. THE NOSE First impressions reveal subtle fruity notes of reinette apples and apricots, along with fresh almonds and hazelnuts. Hints of elderflower and coriander seed add a touch of complexity. Second impressions create room for intense aromas of brioche and biscuit. PALATE Sweet notes of golden fruit, plum tarts and ripe drupes develop in the mouth. The palate is enveloped in harmonious and persistent roundness. The finale reveals the distinctive freshness of chardonnay.
Winemakers Note
Ruinart Brut is a harmonious champagne, produced from a blend of pinot noir (40–45%), meunier (10–15%) and fresh chardonnay (40%). Created from 40–50 different crus from the terroirs of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
