A lot of larger Champagne houses rely on branding to sell. Boizel relies on pure quality. This is for when you need that true French sparkle in your life.

Medium to full brassy-yellow colour; the bouquet shows a lot of cracked yeast character, with toasty and fresh-baked bread notes. The wine is classic Champagne with richness, intensity and amplitude. It fills the mouth and satisfies, the finish clean and pleasingly dry as it resonates on and on. It seems a high pinot style. Very smart non-vintage Champagne
A creamy Champagne with a subtle, salty underpinning. This frames delicate notes of Marcona almond, dried white cherry and honey with bright, citrus-laced acidity.
This is Boizel's cuvée, an attractively balanced wine with ripe apples and perfumed acidity. Like all Champagnes from this producer, it has a majority of Pinot Noir in the blend bringing richness and a fine texture.

Tasting Notes
The effervescence shows great finesse with tiny bubbles in swirling columns. The expressive, fine and fresh nose opens on white flowers aromas (hawthorn) followed by an elegant fruity ambiance with notes of white peach, apricot, hints of citrus fruits and brioche. It's texture is seductive, fresh and round, well balanced. The first aromas are magnified, joined by intense notes of pear compote and acacia honey. The final is rich with lovely persistence.
Winemakers Note
This cuvee is obtained by a precise blend of the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay – floral bouquet and pure elegance, Pinot Noir – finesse and structure- as well as Pinot Meunier – fine fruitiness and softness. About 30 of the best Champagne Crus (villages) are selected and exclusively from the first press (the cuvee). The still wines (vins clairs) from the year are blended with 30% of reserve wines kept for the last two harvests.
