Montesanco Slow Mon Bobal 2020

The Slow Mon has light aromas of oak, but the real goal is the harmonious combination of the aromas. The subtle supply of oxygen through the pores in the wood reduces the hard character of the tannins without making the wine seem less robust. The tannin is already beautifully integrated in the young wine and is not dominant. The fruity notes of Bobal harmonize with spicy hints of dark berries. An interesting wine that, when enjoyed neat, has enough charm to accompany an evening with friends. When eating, the fruity, ripe aromas of red berries go well with meat.
