Tasting Notes

The South-West of Western Australia is home to some of the most beautiful landscapes in Australia. From seemingly endless stretches of sand on the coast, to rolling hills of evergreen pastures, to towering Karri tree forests. Our surroundings give us infinite sources of inspiration to make our wines, and the Grand Forests of the South-West, Margaret River do just that. Just like the Karri trees towering above us, our ‘Forest Grand’ wines show structure, length and perserverance.

Winemakers Note

This is how we define our wines – from the brooding strength of our ‘The Laurels’ wines through to the structure, length and perseverance of our Forest Grand collection and finally to the boldness and sheer drinkability of our Secret Squirrel varietals. All of these wines deliver on their focused style and the sheer enjoyment of drinking well.

These wines are primarily sourced
from the fertile premium wine growing regions of Western Australia – with Margaret River the viticultural ‘jewel’
in our crown. The temperate maritime climate with its long, cool, even ripening period is ideal for premium table wine production.
