Light-weighted, frisky and very aromatic. Think lime cordial, spa salts and lemon verbena, massaged into some chalky acid rails. A seam of welcome chewiness offers savory respite. This is a fun wine. Easy, juicy and effortless, a drape of subtle sweetness across the finish to mitigate the acidity. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
