From original vineyard plantings and eight different fermentation parcels, this is given the royal treatment. A rose gold glimmer in the glass. Alpine strawberry, Pink Lady apple and Bosc pear. Lily-of-the-valley florals and rose petals. There is a honeysuckle fragrance too. Supremely delicate and yet luxurious, this takes the Alsation approach but with the finesse of cool-climate Orange. It's beautifully made and would be a glorious wine to pair with food.
