A well-made, flavoursome chardonnay, ticking lots of the boxes for the dictionary definition of the variety, perhaps in a lighter and fresher vein. It's all about nectarine, green apple, ginger, toast and cinnamon spice in the palate, bright and set just below medium weight, with a limey finish. Easy drinking. The perfume shows off apple, jasmine florals, cinnamon and nectarine and feels pretty to sniff on. Good, in an elementary way.
