This wine has delicate aromas of lemon juice, grapefruit pith and white flowers. The palate is intense, lemon, lime and ruby grapefruit flavours all featuring. Lovely chalky acidity extends the finish and provides a cleansing
finale to this wine. There is a delightful lightness to this wine, which bodes well for its ability to match food. Think sushi, fried Tasmanian scallops or even a plate of Angasi (native Tasmanian oysters, served natural). While enjoyable now, our 2023 Riesling will also reward careful cellaring.
