Tasting Notes
This wine is medium ruby red in colour showing aromas of cassis, blackberry and mint with rounded earthy Merlot overtones. The palate is richly balanced showing ripe dark berry fruits with well integrated savoury oak and soft tannins giving this wine a lovely smooth finish.
Winemakers Note
This wine was crushed and left to ferment on skins for 7 days at 18 - 25?C to extract the optimum colour, flavour and tannins.
