Tasting Notes
The fruit is from a super steep north facing slope on the edge of a glacial terrace, in the Pisa subregion of Central Otago. A mixture of Greywacke and Schist glacial rock with a thin covering of wind blown loess, the grapes are from an organic certified vineyard.
