Rymill Yearling Coonawarra Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The Yearling is a racy Coonawarra Sauvignon Blanc. Made from estate-grown fruit, this crisp and appealing wine is absolutely perfect to enjoy now. 2023 was a cool and wet harvest season for Rymill Coonawarra. This required some hard decisions to maintain high-quality that greatly reduced our total yield. Thankfully those hard decisions paid off as our small yields in 2023 produced juicy, fruit-forward Sauvignon Blanc of great clarity and finesse. Vibrant passionfruit, orange blossom and lemon zest, with hints of fresh cut spring herbs. Spritely and refreshing little wine, with bright fresh fruit characters balanced against varietal herbal notes and a crisp dry finish.
