APPEARANCE Pale, almost clear straw green. AROMA Fresh and aromatic. A lifted bouquet of assorted citrus. PALATE Clean and crisp with intense limey notes and hints of pink grapefruit zest. Freshly cut granny smith apples. Mouthwatering acidity.

Fruit for our Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc is from the Kongerong vineyard in Mt Gambier, at the southern end of the Limestone Coast. It’s here where the influence of the Antarctic is greatest and where Sauvignon Blanc thrives.
