Pinot Gris is a relative new comer to the Australian wine scene, our wine is produced from an established vineyard producing excellent fruit showing all the pear and spice characters that Pinot Gris is known for – in the winery some time on yeast lees adds a little ‘body’ and character to this wine. A ‘mid weight’ wine, our Pinot Gris can be paired well with food, or simply conversation and a few laughs.
