This reminds me of a Cersuolo d'Abruzzo style, interchangeable as a lighter red or fuller-weighted rosato. A deep salmon hue flecked with orange edges. The Cirillo 1850 Grenache Rose is sourced from some of the oldest Grenache vines in the world, planted in 1850. It displays glossy pink hues, with a bouquet of ripe berry fruit, sweet violets and strawberries. This rose is made in parallel with elegant European styles. The palate has lovely length with a crisp finish. A divine wine to drink now, but will age with grace to enjoy over time.
