There is a lot of Chardonnay grown in the Riverland and that's not going to change overnight but how do we add a fresh and modern twist to an old favourite? Simple.... add Fiano!! This bespoke blend is a stepping stone for both Chardonnay and Fiano fans alike. Fermented on 3% solids with a small portion held on French Oak. Partial malolactic fermentation adds a layer of complexity and contributes well to the structure on the palate and finish on the back palate.
