An ancient Sicilian grape variety showing Grapefruit, honeysuckle and sea-spray on the nose. Oyster shell minerality follows the honeysuckle flavour on the tongue. Excellent weight, length and texture wrapped around bright natural acidity. The palate also has melon, pear and citrus blossom. Full rich mouthfeel and a soft waxy finish.
