2021 Banrock Station Reserve Collection Vermentino

This Vermentino from the Riverland is an excellent expression of the variety which thrives in our Mediterranean climate. The wine displays a complex bouquet of white florals and spice with delicate kaffir lime and pear flavours on the palate giving the wine incredible length, minerality and freshness. Appearance: Pale lemon with green highlights Bouquet: A vibrant and complex array of spices and florals. Palate: Delicate flavours of kaffir lime, sweet lemon and a fine minerality give the wine a crisp freshness and incredible length.

The Banrock Station Reserve Vermentino has been sourced from two separate vineyards in Cobdogla and Cooltong. Each vineyard had their grapes picked at different ripeness levels then crushed together to bring together the freshness and aromatic complexity that can be found in Vermentino. This wine during the wine making process was gently tank pressed, cold settled and then lightly racked to ferment.
