Produced for the last 3 decades from our limestone hillside, our Little Demon Cabernet Merlot blend is a melting pot of bright juicy blackberries, black cherries finished off with a earthy spice. Classically found in the South-West of France in the region of Bordeaux where Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot varieties are native, the so-called 'Bordeaux blend' of now spread across the world, including to McLaren Vale. 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot.
