Appearance: Pale golden straw in colour. Bouquet: Floral and citrus notes combined with ripe strawberry and hints of brioche. Palate: An elegantly structured wine with a fine bead and creamy mousse. Citrus and nectarine dominate with a hint of roasted cashew and biscotti. Winemakers notes: A refined aperitif style, rich and ripe with apple, citrus and nectarine aromas and flavours. The complexity arising from 3 years lees impacts a lovely nutty, brioche character. Made in the Traditional Method

The 2020 vintage in Piccadilly Valley, with its cool and temperate climate, provided the ideal conditions for producing a sparkling wine of exceptional character and finesse. The moderate temperatures and ample sunlight during the growing season allowed for slow and even ripening of the grapes, resulting in fruit with perfect acidity and flavour development, setting the stage for a fantastic sparkling wine.
