Cru Champtoceaux is located in Oudon, gneiss based terroir. Hand harvested. Natural yeast fermentation. Minimal intervention in the cellar, malolactic fermentation, ageing on lees for 24 months in glass-lined concrete tanks, light filtration and low sulphur added.
