2016 Cambria Katherine's Signature Chardonnay

AROMA: Rich aromas of white peach, citrus blossoms and tropical fruit. PALATE: In the mouth, the fruit flavours are complemented by the usual minerality that the grapes from this block are famous for. The mid-palate is viscous and round, the finish lingers with fruit and acidity.

Katherine’s Vineyard, named for Katie Jackson in 1986, consists of ancient soils with fossilized seashells, shale, limestone and sand, with fog-swept vines that have endured since the 1970s. This unique piece of land thrives in the cool, maritime inuences that funnel in from the Pacic Ocean, allowing for the longest growing season in the state
