Friendly plum and black cherry notes with a lacing of sweet tobacco on the finish. Not big, but nice purity. Soft.—J.M.
Medium red. Wild raspberry, orange peel, and violet on the nose. Sweet and dense, with very good energy giving focus to the flavors of blackberry, spices, flowers and minerals. This flavorful wine finishes ripe and persistent, with a strong floral note.
Drink 2016-2024 Rich velvety crimson. Dusty too. Underneath that a touch of mint. Dry, powdery tannins, lacks fruit depth though they have made the best of it to arrive at elegance overall. (JH) 16/20
Fruits noirs, chocolat, bouche ronde, moelleuse en attaque, savoureuse, finale plus relevée, élégant. O= 2017 G= 10 ans 14-15/20
Texture plus ferme et plus classiquement médocaine, beaucoup de droiture. 15/20

Tasting Notes
A charming nose perfumed with violets, liquorice and blueberries. The palate is round and sumptuous with soft tannins building towards the finish. DWWA 2015, Decanter World Wine Awards
