Bright, vivid purple-pink colour, with a gently toasty-bread bouquet revealing good bottle-developed complexity, with hints of strawberry and toffee apple. The palate is full and rich, round and smooth, at the same time refined and elegant. The harmony is outstanding, imparting freshness with softness and immediate approachability. A lovely wine.

Pale pink/orange colour. Fresh, appealing Méthode with subtle cherry, strawberry and raspberry flavours together with oyster shell, bread crust and a hint of toast. A nice combination of youthful freshness with a savoury edge from bottle development.

A return to Majestic's range this winter along with the Pelorus Brut NV, the rosé doesn't carry a price premium, which is refreshing to see. A traditional-method Pinot Noir, this has oodles of crisp, fresh red berry fruit and fragrant rose hints, ripe strawberry and warm spices. Lingers in the mouth. Would be a treat with smoked salmon sandwiches.
