Tasting Notes
Raspberry and cranberry punch. With mixed fresh mint and some other sweet herbs. The flavours are more savoury than aromas, like pomegranate and ruby grapefruit.
Winemakers Note
A Sparkling wine made from Grenache and Sangiovese using a traditional method of sparkling wine production that pre dates the Champagne Method. The Wine is not disgorged and carries the yeast lees from fermentation.
