2022 Lenton Brae South Side Chardonnay

An inviting and approachable palate. Made as an early drinking Chardonnay the palate still exhibits a beautiful integration of fruit with the oak nestled within the palate. Round, integrated palate showing orange blossom, lemon pith, with some nice spice and white pepper on the finish.

A family-owned winery, Lenton Brae was established in 1982. Recent renovations have rejuvenated the site, showcasing the splendour of this region. Large bay windows overlook our lake, adorned with ducks and native birds. Outdoor shaded tables are perfect in the summer months and cosy fireplaces in winter. Situated just north of Margaret River, Lenton Brae is nestled into the hills of the premium Wilyabrup region. Here, loamy gravel soils provide excellent constitution and drainage. A stone’s throw (around 3.5kms) from the Indian Ocean, our vines benefit from a mild and consistent Mediterranean climate.
