2021 Daniel Dampt Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Burgundy Chardonnay

All in barrel, from three to seven years old. Mid lemon yellow, quite an oaky nose, in a lactic style. Will soon be racked to tank for a longer elevage, and then the oak should calm down. For the moment it dominates too much, though there is a clean minerality from the wine itself which shows at the finish. Drink from 2025-2028.
