94–96. Barrel Sample. Firm, generous tannins dominate this wine. Made with 72% Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend, it's rich and aromatic in black fruits that show weight and concentration. Dense now, the wine will take its time to shine properly, but it will be worth the wait.

Sweet berry, spice, tobacco and dried rose-petal aromas. Full-bodied with beautifully integrated tannins and a creamy, polished texture. Refined and complex. One of the best young bottles ever from here. Better after 2025.
