The tasting panel behind every pick
Every bottle in your box is tasted blind and scored out of 100 by our four-person panel. They argue over nearly every one, and only the best are left standing. Between them they've got a Head Buyer, a sommelier, a wine writer and a Wine Society veteran, with decades in the trade.
They taste hundreds of wines every week, hunting for the small makers and off-the-beaten-path bottles you won't find on a supermarket shelf. What lands in your box is only ever the wine that won them over.

What's included in each subscription box?
Every box holds the number of bottles your pack is built around, a tasting note for each wine, and a card from the panel on what they chose and why.

How does the monthly subscription work?
Your pack is billed and packed on the same date each month, and arrives free of charge anywhere in Australia within five business days.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Choose any pack, tell us where it is going, and we will send a note with the first delivery rather than an invoice.

What if I don't enjoy a wine in my pack?
Tell us and we will replace it in your next box. That is the palate guarantee, and it applies to every bottle we send.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Pause, skip a month, or cancel from your account at any time. There are no lock-in contracts and no fees for stopping.

What are your delivery details and the 18+ requirement?
Delivery is free Australia-wide. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the box, and ID may be requested on delivery.

Can I swap the wines in my pack?
Tell your concierge what you would rather drink and the panel will swap a bottle before your box is packed, at no extra cost.
