  • How will I know when my next wine plan is due?

    We’ll keep you in the loop at every step – from payment dates to dispatch and delivery updates. With Collective Subscriptions, there are no surprises.

  • Can I buy the wines I’ve liked individually?

    Absolutely! While we can’t guarantee every wine will be available for individual purchase, we try to keep some in stock for customers eager to order more.

  • Do I receive tasting notes and information about each wine in my pack?

    Yes. Each Collective Reserve pack comes with digital tasting notes, including drinking windows, food pairings, and winemaker insights for every wine.

  • How can I update my details or manage my subscription?

    To update your details, including credit card information, or to manage your subscription, simply follow the instructions sent in an email from customers@subscription.thewinecollective.com.au after your purchase. Just click on the ‘Manage Subscription’ link in that email to update delivery details, change your payment information, or skip, pause, or cancel your subscription. Prefer to speak to someone?
