My Collective Rewards | Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
The My Collective Rewards program provides customers of The Wine Collective with a variety of member benefits which are dependent on their annual wine spend and membership tier. By creating an account with The Wine Collective customers are automatically enrolled into the My Collective Rewards program (herein referred to as “Members”). The benefits of our various membership tiers and the spend required for promotion to various tiers can be found at www.thewinecollective.com.au or in the Rewards tab found in the My Account page on the website.
The Wine Collective reserves the right at all times to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions, rewards or benefits offered pursuant to the My Collective Rewards program/s at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- changes to rules regarding accumulation and redemption of points; and
- benefits offered.
A Member’s continued use of the My Collective Rewards Program/s will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If the Member does not accept the revised Terms and Conditions, the Member should discontinue using the My Collective Rewards Program/s. Amended Terms and Conditions will not have retrospective effect.
On joining the My Collective Rewards program. Members are given complimentary membership to our Bronze Rewards program. From that time their membership tier is dependent on wine spend with The Wine Collective. Members purchasing from $1,000 to $2,499.99 in a 12 month period will attain Silver Membership while Members that spend over $2,500 qualify for Gold Membership. A Member’s membership tier will be increased immediately after the requisite spend is met.
Members receive reward points every time they make a purchase from The Wine Collective, with a number of other methods also available to earn reward points, such a referring a friend to The Wine Collective, or other methods advised from time to time by The Wine Collective. Rewards points are earned on dollars spent, rewards points are not earned on rewards points redeemed/spent or other discounts. In addition members of The My Collective Rewards can also earn rewards points when they submit a wine review through our automatically generated Yotpo email review requests. Review emails are randomised and customers might not get one for every order. However members will not receive reward points for submitting on-site product reviews.
Customers that have qualified for higher membership tiers earn more reward points per dollar spent with The Wine Collective so accelerate their reward points accumulation. Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used to earn discounts and free wine at thewinecollective.com.au. Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promo, including coupon/discount codes and expire 12 months from the date of the Member’s last purchase. Members can close their account at any time. If an account is closed all points will be forfeited.
Ongoing membership status is reviewed annually and dependent on Member wine purchases with The Wine Collective. Members can be promoted at any time to a higher tier which they will retain for a 12 month period before their ongoing status will be reassessed. At that time their wine spend during the preceding 12 months will be used to determine their membership tier for the next year, or earlier if they earn a higher status level.
Gold member benefits, including free delivery to most states is based on a reasonable number of deliveries per year. Should The Wine Collective believe this benefit to be misused, they reserve the right to cancel, collate and/or, not fulfil the order(s). The Wine Collective may change this policy at any time without notice.
Wine plan orders do not qualify for birthday bonus or other promotional points offers.
Promotional bonuses in the form of additional reward points, discounts or gifts could have a shorter expiry date based on the promotion.
Rewards points and coupon/discount codes cannot be stacked at checkout. Rewards points value 2,500 to 100,000 (equivalent to a minimum of $5 and maximum of $200) can be redeemed off of an individual order, assuming no conflicting promotional discount is being used. TWC reserves the right to change maximum redemption values at any time.
Without limiting the above, The Wine Collective reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Members and to disqualify any Member who tampers with the My Collective Rewards program, interferes with any rewards or reward points, or undertakes any actions designed to subvert, or is otherwise not in accordance with, these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Wine Collective to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.), as well as any other implied warranties under any similar consumer protection laws in Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, The Wine Collective (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the My Collective Rewards program.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. In any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms and Conditions, Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Signup Bonus: Get $10 Off First Purchase
All new customer accounts are eligible to receive a bonus 5,000 in My Collective Rewards points, valued at $10.
The bonus points must be used within 30 days of full account registration. After such time, the additional bonus points will expire.

On registration of new The Wine Collective accounts, 5,000 points will be automatically loaded to the account holder.
a. 5,000 points is equivalent to $10 in value, unless changed or altered by The Wine Collective. - Points can be redeemed on any purchase at The Wine Collective.
- Points can only be redeemed once.
- Offer valid for one signup per household and/or unique email address only.
- Offer cannot be transferred, altered, saved or used at a later date.
- The Wine Collective retains all rights and discretion to remove, alter, change and suspend additional points bonus if fraudulent activity is deemed to have occurred.

Misuse of points or signup bonus will result in deactivation of relevant account.
a. Misuse can be defined as (but not limited to); multiple registrations using the same IP, delivery address, phone number or account details. - Bonus points can be used in conjunction with additional reward points earned during general use of the My Collective Rewards program.

5,000 ($10) bonus signup points will be automatically loaded to new accounts and available to use during the checkout phase. Account activation is required before points are to be assigned. Ensure the account holder is logged in before attempting to redeem.
Bonus signup points will expire 30 days after account registration. Bonus points cannot be redeemed after this date.
Account / Points Deactivation / Order Cancellation
The Wine Collective reserves the right to dishonour/deactivate accounts or points at any time should the business believe it to be misused. Should an account or order be identified as potentially fraudulent or made using an account or points which The Wine Collective believes to be misused, they reserve the right to cancel and not fulfil the order. The Wine Collective may change this policy at any time without notice.
Refer a Friend
The Wine Collective reserves the right to dishonour referral bonuses at any time.
Refer a friend within the same household/address will not be honoured.
Should The Wine Collective believe the 'friend' isn't a genuine new customer, they will cancel the order. Not honouring the new customer offer, or the existing customer bonus. The Wine Collective may change this policy at any time without notice.
