Ringbolt

Ringbolt is located on the wild and untamed Ringbolt Bay in the Margaret River wine region. The name of the bay comes from one of the many shipwrecks scattered along the wooly southwest coastline that went down in the 1800s. What makes it so treacherous is that Ringbolt Bay is the point where the Indian and Southern Oceans converge, so the waters tend to get a bit unruly. Winemaker Heather Fraser has a love of Cabernet Sauvignon, and so she jumped at the chance to join the team and build her understanding of the wonderful Margaret River region. Having always taken a meticulous approach to her winemaking, Heather believes in attention to detail at every stage. From harvesting at optimal ripeness and fruit flavour, barrel maturation and to continuing to monitor the wine once in bottle - ensuring they are released only at their most enjoyable.
