Tasting Notes

An excellent bouquet of fresh limes and lemons, apple and white florals of elderflower and white rose. Some bottle age has revealed the complexities of Riesling as it ages. Off-dry as the wine touches the palate with a contrasting crisp and textured mouthfeel, flavours of citrus and apple reflect the bouquet and are pushed along with a precision acid line. Textures on the palate also highlight a lemon pith and mealy quality.
