The price has gone up by an outrageous two dollars. 40% new oak. 31 year old vines. Banana split, peach, green mango, lime, some biscuit spice and cedar oak. It’s bright and flavoursome, lime and tropical fruit, hazelnut to flavour and texture, ginger and cashew, likely from oak, fresh acidity, with a juicy and grainy finish of good length. Plenty to get stuck into here. Likely better again with another year in bottle.
