Tasting Notes

Pōkeno Revelation celebrates their unique place in the world. First they carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of their favourite wineries. Then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together. It is a sweet and smooth whisky, with beautiful notes of mango, grapefruit, strawberry bonbons, lychee and sherbet, which combine for a sweet and smooth taste of summer. NOSE: Berry, vanilla, sweet TASTE: Creamy, sweet, fruity, very little pepper FINISH: Medium length, almost long, spicy, astringent
